■ Entry to OTSUMO PLAZA on Thursday, December 12 will be restricted to winners of the online lottery. To register for the lottery, please fill out the online form (https://humanmade.jp/pages/lottery) between 11:00am (JST) on Tuesday, December 10, and 9:59am (JST) on Wednesday, December 11.
■ Successful lottery entries will be notified via an email from noreply@humanmade.co.jp on Wednesday, December 11. Unsuccessful entries will not be contacted.
■ Entry to the store is restricted to the person who entered the lottery. 
■ Before entering the store, lottery winners will be required to present photo identification.
*Please note that anyone, even as lottery winners, without photo identification will be refused entry to the store.
*Regardless of the circumstances, lottery winners who are unable to attend the store at the time specified in their email will be refused entry.
*Please make sure to enter your correct name and address at the time of entry.
*Once the information has been entered, it is not possible to make further changes.
*Lottery winners who do not visit the store may be unable to enter lotteries in the future.
