Shipping and Handling Charges

For shipments within Japan, a flat rate of 750 yen per order is charged (tax included) per order.
No additional shipping charges will be applied to remote islands and some areas. One order of 16,500 yen (tax included) or more in one order, shipping is free.

For shipments outside of Japan, shipping charges vary depending on the country, region, and weight of the item to be shipped.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled after completion under any circumstances, except in the case of receipt of an incorrect product or a defective product.

Change of delivery address

Returns and Exchanges

About gift wrapping
