Delivery Method and Shipping Fee

・The time required to ship depends on the item, shipping region, season, and time of the day of order. Shipping within Japan usually takes about 0-4 days after the order is completed.
Shipping to countries other than Japan will take about 3–7 days after the order is completed.
When orders are concentrated with the sale of large collections, it may take longer to ship orders.
Please check the delivery status of your order by going to MY PAGE > PURCHASE HISTORY / DELIVERY STATUS.

・Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 750 yen (tax included) per order.
Additional postage is not required for deliveries to remote islands or other areas.
Shipping is free for orders of 16,500 yen (including tax) or more.

Shipping outside of Japan depends on the country, region, and weight of the item(s).
Additionally, if you live outside of Japan and purchase goods from Japan, you may be charged customs on your order depending on the country.

・ For Japan domestic deliveries, you can specify the date and time of the delivery when placing your order.
If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, please select “Unspecified” for the date and time of delivery.

You can specify the date and time from under Specify Date and Time during the purchase process.

You cannot change or cancel the shipping address or the specified date and time after completing the order.
Please contact the respective delivery company after the order has been shipped.

--Even if you specify a date and time for delivery, the delivery may be delayed due to traffic conditions, the weather, the delivery company's shipping status, and so on that day.
--In order to ensure fair shopping for all customers, we do not handle long term product layaways.

・ To prevent problems such as erroneous deliveries, we do not accept changes to the shipping address after an order is completed.
If you need to change the shipping address, please check the Tracking Number for the delivery company by going to MY PAGE> PURCHASE HISTORY / DELIVERY STATUS and contact the delivery company yourself to change the shipping address.

・ The HUMAN MADE online store allows you to register multiple shipping addresses. Please use these as needed based on your order.
Shipping addresses can be added, edited, and deleted by going to MY PAGE> SHIPPING ADDRESS.
However, only locations where you can receive orders in person may be registered as a shipping address. We do not offer convenience store pickup service, so do not register the address of a convenience store.
You can register multiple shipping addresses, but you cannot ship one order to two or more addresses. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
